This AWESOME PROGRAM offers a 2% forgivable grant which is used towards the down payment of YOUR NEW HOME! This means the buyer would only need to come in with 1.5% plus closing cost (unless the seller agrees to pay a portion of the closing cost).

To be eligible the buyer must meet ONE of these criteria:

*First time homebuyer

*Borrowers income equal to or less than 140% of the county median income


*be a current/retired employment or volunteer/non-paid member of the following: First responder, educator, medical personnel, civil servant in a Federal/State or local municipality or military personnel. (For example, if you volunteered at school at all, you could qualify for the program!)

* maximum loan amount is $294,515
