Check out this month’s community development report for the town of Prescott Valley.

The Prescott Valley Community Development Department just released their numbers for last month.

Between commercial and residential permits (including demolition, garages, improvements, new, zoning and any other miscellaneous permits) there were 31 total permits issued.

The total valuation of these permits is $16,375,375

Commercial permits accounted for $5,881,801 which means the remaining $10,493,574 came from residential permits.

One permit was issued during the same period for demolition.
